Dual-stage driver and front passenger airbag Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) with front passenger seat weight sensor
Dual-stage front airbags are capable of deploying with reduced or full force for appropriate levels of safety. The front passenger seat weight sensors prevent deployment of the front passenger seat airbag if the occupant weighs less than an average adult, as airbag deployment can be an additional hazard to a child.
