TO OUR CUSTOMERS:

Should you experience a problem which has not been resolved to your satisfaction through your Suzuki Service Provider or Suzuki’s Customer Service team, additional assistance may be available to you through the National Center for Dispute Settlement (NCDS). 

NCDS is an independent organization that provides dispute resolution administrative services to resolve your complaint through mediation and/or arbitration – a process by which two or more parties authorize a third party (NCDS) to administer the resolution of a dispute. 

This service is offered to you at no charge. The decision reached by the NCDS Arbitrator is binding on Suzuki but not you.
