If you are dissatisfied with the Arbitrator’s decision or Suzuki’s performance, you may seek any other legal remedies which you may be entitled to, including small claims court. You should be aware that the arbitration findings are admissible as evidence in any subsequent legal proceedings concerning your dispute.
