If you are planning to graduate from college in the next six months or have graduated in the last two years, then you are eligible for $500 off your next Suzuki vehicle purchase. You are eligible if you graduated from any of the following institutions within the past two years:

• An accredited 4-year college or university (bachelor's degree required)
• An accredited graduate school
• An accredited nursing school (Registered Nurse Degree)

You are also eligible if you will graduate from any of the above institutions within the next six months. Proof of eligibility will be required in the form of a copy of your diploma or transcript. See your Suzuki dealer for complete details and qualifications. American Suzuki Motor Corporation reserves the right to modify the terms of this offer at any time.

Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements, including a minimum credit score. Completed program Funding Checklist (with 3 verifiable personal references, one of which must be a relative), and a copy of diploma, transcript, or appropriate documentation from an accredited college/university required at funding. American Suzuki Financial Services retains the right to verify any and all transcripts and documentation with the educational institutions.

Offer only applies to vehicles purchased, with financing through American Suzuki Financial Services. Cash purchases excluded. College Graduate Incentive is $500 Factory Customer Cash. Incentive must be applied to down payment on purchase and balloon contracts, or to capitalized cost reduction on leases. Offer limited to new and unused 2009 or 2010 Suzuki vehicle models with Vehicle Contracts dated November 3, 2009, to January 4, 2010; customer must take delivery by January 4, 2010. Limit one vehicle per graduate; may be combined with other incentives so long as all criteria are met. College Graduate Incentive is nontransferable. Government fees and dealer charges still apply. Subject to approved credit from American Suzuki Financial Services.

The college graduate / candidate must be the primary purchaser to qualify for the program. Co-buyers or co-makers/co-lessees are not eligible for program benefits. Candidate must be currently employed, or have verifiable proof of employment beginning within 90 days after finance approval. Maximum 20% Payment-To-Gross Income required. Derogatory credit, collections, judgments, charge-offs, public records, liens, bankruptcies, repossessions, foreclosures, or other negative credit events will disqualify otherwise-eligible applicants from the program.
