Additional Down Payment: Cash payment used to reduce the amount financed.
Balance Owed On Trade-In: The estimate of the outstanding contract balance owed on your current loan or lease.
Down Payment Amount: The amount of money you are able to pay as a down payment towards the purchase of a vehicle.
Equity: The amount by which the value of a financed vehicle exceeds the amount owed on the financing of the vehicle. Once you've paid off your loan, you own 100% of your vehicle.
Estimated Selling Price: The estimate of the vehicle price negotiated with a Suzuki dealer (includes destination charges). Accessories and installation charges extra.
Estimated Trade-In Value: Obtained from Kelley Blue Book, the estimated value of your trade-in may be higher or lower depending upon the condition of your vehicle, equipment and local market conditions.
Gross Cap Cost: The agreed upon value of the lease vehicle (includes dealer mark-up) plus any items you pay for over the term of the lease such as taxes, insurance, service contracts and any prior credit or lease balances.
Kelley Blue Book (estimate): Kelley Blue Book is an authoritative source for used car values. Many car dealers use the Kelley Blue Book to establish your car's trade-in value. Please remember that the vehicle trade-in values quoted are estimates only and may not be realized as the actual trade-in value received from your dealer.
Net Trade-In: Estimate the net trade-in allowance for your vehicle by subtracting your payoff amount (amount owed) from the estimated dealer trade-in or Kelley Blue Book value of your vehicle.
Money Factor: Equivalent to the interest rate on a loan. It is used to calculate a lease payment and equals the interest rate divided by 24.
Residual Value/Depreciation: The amount the vehicle's value will decline over the length of the term. For example, a vehicle may be worth 40% of its original MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) at the end of 36 months. Therefore, the depreciation would be 60% and the residual value would be 40%.
Security Deposit: An amount collected by the lessor at the beginning of the lease to ensure the lessee's compliance with the terms of the lease. The security deposit is generally refundable at lease end, provided there is no excess mileage, excessive wear or use charges, outstanding parking tickets or unpaid lease payments.
Selling Price: Selling price includes Destination and Delivery charges. Selling Price does not include tax, title and registration fees. Consult your local dealer for actual price.

Term: The period that covers the vehicle's loan or lease. Standard are 24, 36, 48 or 60 months.
Trade-In Value (estimate): The value you may except to be offered by a dealer when trading in your used vehicle.
